Program Overview
The Entrepreneurship & Real Estate program is designed to develop grounded, capable individuals prepared for real work, real responsibility, and real decision-making.
This program integrates foundational business knowledge, personal finance, and entrepreneurial thinking with hands-on projects and real-world applications. Students don’t just learn how businesses work in theory—they learn how to read financial statements, evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and build sustainable value.
The program is intentionally structured for students coming from a Judaic learning environment, aligning professional studies with the rhythm, values, and expectations of a yeshiva-based schedule.
Courses
In the second year of the Business, Entrepreneurship & Real Estate program, students move from foundational literacy to advanced application, analysis, and ownership thinking. Building on the shared Foundations Year, Year Two focuses on financial decision-making, entrepreneurship, asset evaluation, and real-world problem solving.
Coursework is integrated, applied, and intentionally sequenced to reflect how business decisions are made in practice.

Course Description
This course connects accounting and finance, teaching students how financial information is used to evaluate businesses and assets. Students move from interpreting financial statements to calculating free cash flow and applying time value of money concepts to valuation.

Rather than focusing only on startups, the course treats entrepreneurship as a way of engaging with work, opportunity, and ownership.

Projects may include a business plan and valuation, real estate investment analysis, operating improvement case, or professional portfolio.
