Designed to develop grounded, capable individuals prepared for real creative work, professional responsibility, and meaningful content production in today’s digital landscape.This program integrates video editing, audio production, short-form content creation, and platform strategy with real-world applications. Students don’t just learn how digital media is produced in theory—they learn how to create, edit, publish, and refine content for real audiences, and how creative decisions shape reach, impact, and opportunity.The program is intentionally structured for students coming from a Judaic learning environment, aligning professional studies with the rhythm, values, and expectations of a yeshiva-based schedule.

Courses

In the second year of the Digital Media & Content Production program, students move from foundational literacy to creative execution, platform fluency, and professional content production. Building on the shared Foundations of Personal & Professional Formation year, Year Two focuses on creating, editing, publishing, and refining digital content for real audiences and real platforms.

Coursework is applied, production-driven, and intentionally sequenced to reflect how digital media is created, distributed, and monetized in practice—combining technical skill, creative judgment, and professional discipline.

Rather than focusing on long-form film alone, the course prioritizes editing for modern digital formats, where clarity, speed, and audience engagement are critical.

This course focuses on creating content for modern digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging formats. Students study how attention works online and how storytelling, timing, and format influence reach and engagement.

The emphasis is on intentional creation—understanding audience, platform norms, and ethical responsibility alongside creative expression.

The Capstone Practicum is a mentored, project-based experience that runs alongside Year Two coursework. Each student works closely with a faculty mentor to design, produce, publish, and refine a substantial body of digital media work.

Capstone projects may include a short-form content channel, audio or podcast series, branded video portfolio, or client-style production project.
